During the last week of term Year 2 visited Twycross zoo to see the animals and look at their different habitats. Everyone had a great time exploring the zoo in the sun and the children were all well behaved and a credit to the school. We had lunch sitting under the trees followed by a play on the play area. Highlights were watching all the different types of apes, seeing the massive tortise and beautiful lorikeets then petting the friendly goat.
