Year 2 had a visit from two of our ex-pupils, Bethany who was shortlisted for Kettering's Sportswoman of the Year and has been selected to train with the British Cycling development squad in Manchester where our Olympic team train and her younger sister Amber who is a talented gymnast. The girls explained how much training is involved and demonstrated cycling skills including throwing and catching a ball whilst cycling! The children loved playing Simon Says with Bethany whilst she rode her bike! Everyone was inspired to go out and ride their bike and improve their cycling skills.
