On Tuesday Year 2 and Reception had a really exciting start to the new term.The Desborough Fire Station crew kindly came to school to help us re-create The Great Fire of London. The children had made their own Pudding Lane using the Tudor Houses they had designed and built, the Fire Brigade started the fire and we watched how quickly the fire spread and the houses made of wood and straw burnt and collapsed back in 1666. It was great fun!
